Aera Goods currently ships to customers in the United States only.

We offer free U.S. shipping for a limited time. Most orders are processed through our supplier fulfillment partners and DSers/AliExpress workflow. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days after the order is processed.

Processing times can vary depending on supplier availability, order volume, and carrier conditions. You will receive tracking information when it becomes available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email saip@aercarbon.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
