No Refunds / Final Sale Policy
All Aera Goods orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect address entry, refusal of delivery, size/weight preference, or any other non-defect reason.
Because our products are fulfilled through supplier partners using DSers and AliExpress, orders often begin processing quickly after checkout and may not be cancelable once submitted.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, email saip@aercarbon.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
We may be unable to help with claims reported more than 7 days after delivery or claims without photos/documentation.
Shipping address issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
